International Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Logistics Centre & Order Preparation

Orders are processed, inspected and packed within 24 to 72 business hours from payment validation.

In order to guarantee the most competitive prices and rigorous quality control, our pieces are dispatched directly from our international partner assembly and logistics centres.

As soon as the parcel is dispatched, an individual tracking number is sent to the customer by email.

2. Estimated Transit Times

Average observed transit times are 6 to 12 business days for Europe and 8 to 15 business days for the rest of the world.

LEGAL NOTICE: These times are average estimates and do not constitute a firm delivery date commitment. No transit delay caused by international carriers, customs or force majeure may give rise to an early refund or to damages while the parcel is still in active transit.

3. Import, Customs & Local Taxes

As products are shipped as direct international consignments, the amount paid on genevadial.com covers the price of the item and its transport.

Depending on the regulations of the destination country, customs duties, import taxes (VAT) or local postal handling fees may exceptionally be requested on delivery. These charges are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.

Should the customer refuse to pay these charges or to collect the parcel from their local post office, no refund can be issued.

4. Address Accuracy & Parcel Collection

The customer is responsible for the delivery information entered. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to collect it from the pick-up point within the 10 to 14 days allowed by the local postal service, reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

5. Mandatory Procedure in Case of Breakage / Transit Damage

Each clock is protected by reinforced high-density foam packaging. If damage is observed on receipt:

1. You must formally record a reservation with the delivery driver or postal agent.

2. Report the incident to contact@genevadial.com within a strict 48-hour period (the tracking timestamp being authoritative).

3. You must provide: a photo of the box, a photo of the shipping label, a photo of the protective packaging and a photo of the damaged piece.

After this 48-hour period without a complete report, the delivery is legally deemed compliant and free of transit defects.

6. Legal Proof of Delivery & Tracking

The status "Delivered" indicated by the carrier's official tracking system constitutes legal proof of delivery.

In the event of a dispute over non-receipt despite the "Delivered" status, the customer must file a claim with their local post office and provide a sworn statement together with proof of identity for any case review.

7. Shipping Costs

Standard tracked and insured delivery is offered free of charge worldwide.
