Terms of Sale

The genevadial.com website is operated by Mrj shop (SASU) with share capital of €30.00, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 940 759 368, registered office at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@genevadial.com.

These terms govern all sales concluded on the website and are accepted by the customer when placing an order.

Products are wall clocks made of 316L stainless steel with mineral glass and silent sweep quartz movements. Photographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency, all taxes included, excluding any import duties that may apply outside the European Union. Prices may be changed at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order.

The order is final once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation email has been sent. Accepted payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.

Mrj shop may refuse or cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or suspicion of fraud.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery takes 6 to 12 business days depending on destination; tracking is provided by email.

Shipping is free worldwide. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery. Any visible damage must be reported within 48 hours to contact@genevadial.com.

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without justification. The product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

All timepieces carry a 2-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. The legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects also apply.

The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorised modification or normal wear. After-sales requests: contact@genevadial.com.

All content on the website is the exclusive property of Mrj shop. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

Geneva Dial is an independent brand with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from any watch manufacturer. References to watchmaking aesthetics are purely descriptive of design inspiration.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may first contact contact@genevadial.com to seek an amicable resolution, and may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Failing agreement, the competent courts are those under French law.
